Enable Driver Signature
bcdedit /set testsigning off

2 Other options to remove 30-Day Evaluation
Option 1:
Sometimes the file "TosBtChk" is located also in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Toshiba\Bluetooth Toshiba Stack" , try to copy it there
Option 2:
- Open the registry editor (search regedit on the start menu and press enter)
- Navigate to the following location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Toshiba\BluetoothStack\v1.0\Mng
- Add a new DWORD value named TestVersion
- Double click the key and set the value to 1
